A few things to know
A closer look at learning
with your own materials.
An AI language learning app uses artificial intelligence to create or personalize language practice. Ailelo builds that practice around your own textbooks and vocabulary, connecting flashcards, audio lessons, short written practice, guided study, and spoken conversation practice to the same material.
You choose the source material. Ailelo organizes its chapters, vocabulary, and grammar, then uses that curriculum across your study activities. Separate Study Tracks keep each resource and its progress organized.
Yes. Ailelo is designed to accept language textbook PDFs, vocabulary lists, CSV/Excel vocabulary files, and your own custom vocabulary. Uploaded materials stay private to your account and are not published to a shared content library.
Ailelo identifies the chapter structure, vocabulary, and grammar and organizes them into a Study Track. That material then powers personalized flashcards, audio lessons, short written exercises, guided sessions, and spoken conversation practice.
Yes. Ailelo uses FSRS to schedule vocabulary reviews based on how well you remember each item. Difficult words return sooner, while stronger memories can wait longer between reviews.
Yes. Ailelo includes spoken AI conversation practice. You get a conversational prompt in the language you’re learning, record a spoken response, and Ailelo evaluates it for pronunciation, grammar, and content before the conversation continues. There is a short pause while your response is evaluated, so it is turn-by-turn spoken practice rather than a continuous phone call.
Yes. Separate Study Tracks let you organize different books and languages without mixing their vocabulary, progress, or study history. The initial language focus is Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese.
Ailelo is built for learners working with their own study materials, including language students, intermediate learners, and independent learners. Your chosen resources provide the starting point for your practice, rather than one predetermined course.
